Mundys has been shortlisted as a TOP 10 Estate Agent in the East Midlands Region of the Estate & Letting Agent Awards (THE ESTAS)

The Estate & Letting Agent Awards, better known as the ESTAS, have announced their shortlist for 2013.

The ESTAS determines the best estate agents in the country through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent, 23,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition.

CITY ESTATE AGENT WINS TOP PROPERTY AWARD

Mundys in Lincoln is celebrating after wining two prestigious titles at the 2012 International Property Awards in London.

As well as winning the award for the Best Real Estate Agent in Lincolnshire for the fifth year in a row, Mundys was also awarded Best Lettings Agent in Lincolnshire for the second year running.

The agency, based on Silver Street, was awarded five stars in each category and was one of only two agents in the UK to achieve this in both categories.
